Black Drake Consulting is a small but growing cultural resources consulting firm that has been in business since 1998. In 2000 we completed 23 projects in a professional and timely manner. The firm is a sole proprietorship of Andrew T. Black, a 36 CFR 61 qualified archaeologist. |
| Prior to starting Black Drake Consulting, Mr. Black had worked in the field of archaeology for over 15 years, including almost ten years work in the Northeast, plus substantial work in the Southwest, West Coast, and in Africa. Mr. Black had worked on and helped to run a variety of cultural resource contracts, ranging from small, one-day projects, to multi-year projects. He has also worked as a compliance review officer for the Arizona State Historic Preservation Office. |  |
